Assistant Housekeeping Manager

This role assists in the efficient operation of the Housekeeping Department in line with Hyatt's brand standards, corporate strategies, and operational goals. You will support the Housekeeping Manager in ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the hotel, and fostering a positive and productive work environment for colleagues
Qualifications
- deally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or Hotel Management.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a hotel operation.
- Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Swahili is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and with a good knowledge of housekeeping
