Monitoring and Evaluation Intern at TICGL

Role Overview: The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Intern will support the M&E team in designing, implementing, and analyzing monitoring and evaluation activities to assess project performance and impact. This role provides practical experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of M&E frameworks.
• Collect, manage, and analyze data to evaluate project outcomes.
• Support the preparation of M&E reports and presentations.
• Conduct field visits to gather data and monitor project activities.
• Collaborate with team members on M&E-related tasks.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from 2023 to 2024 with a degree in Development Studies, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of M&E tools and methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
