Civil Engineer at Izungo Concrete Poles

We Izungo Apartments & Tours Limited T/aizungo Concrete Poles, Who Are Established and Reputable Manufacturers of Spun Prestressed Concrete Poles Having a Factory at Plot:04 Block: G Light Indusriers Area.bagamoyo District Coast Region Tanzania.

Duties and Responsibilities

Design and Development:

• Create detailed designs and blueprints for concrete poles, o Ensure designs meet industry standards and client specifications.

Project Management:

• Oversee the production process from start to finish, o Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Quality Control:

• Conduct regular inspections and tests on materials and finished products, o Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Technical Support:

• Provide technical guidance and support to production teams, o Troubleshoot and resolve any engineering issues that arise during production.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with other engineers, architects, and stakeholders, o Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of designs, tests, and production processes, o Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Proven experience in civil works, preferably in concrete industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in concrete poles
• Project Management: Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• 5 years of working as a Civil Engineer on a construction of poles site or a similar role,
• A verified engineering license or ERB registered will be preferred.
