Job Description
We are looking for a Business Performance and Analytics Manager with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Azam Media Limited is a Tanzanian media company, the parent company of Azam TV, a leading satellite pay-TV operator in East Africa, owned by Bakhresa Group, offering a wide range of TV and radio broadcasting services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Customer Value Management (CVM) and Customer Experience strategies.
Drive revenue growth, customer retention, and satisfaction through data-driven insights.
Build churn prediction models, customer behaviour profiles, and loyalty programs.
Analyse and present key business performance data to senior management.
Generate daily reports on campaign performance and business trends.
Analytics & Model Development:
Develop analytics programs to profile customer behaviour and predict churn.
Analyse customer satisfaction trends to improve service delivery.
Design revenue stimulation, retention, and loyalty strategies.
Build product recommendation models to drive revenue growth.
Prepare and present performance reports for data-driven decision-making.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
Strong problem-solving skills to identify business opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities for non-technical stakeholders.
Expertise in data analysis, statistical techniques, and large datasets.
Experience in predictive modelling, data mining, and machine learning is a plus.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and model development.
Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power Bl, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Business performance acumen with the ability to analyse, interpret, and present data effectively
Experience in predictive modelling, data mining, and statistical analysis is a plus.
