Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sunflower Oil Expert to join our team and enhance our sunflower oil production processes.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of 5/10 years in the field, specifically in sunflower seed pressing, oil filtering, and production, with deep knowledge of sunflower oil machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Optimization:
- Maximize sunflower oil production by at least 15%.
- Develop and implement strategies to efficiently extract an additional 10% of oil from seed remains using chemical processes.
Machinery Expertise:
- Possess deep knowledge of sunflower oil machinery, including pressing and filtering
- Oversee the maintenance and optimal operation of machinery to ensure maximum
- Provide technical guidance and solutions for machinery-related challenges.
Team Leadership and Training:
- Train factory workers on best practices for oil production and machinery operation.
- Motivate and lead the team to ensure consistent high performance.
- Foster a collaborative, professional, and efficient working environment.
Qualification
- 5-10 years in sunflower oil production, including seed pressing and filtering.
- Expertise in sunflower oil machinery, including pressing and filtering equipment.
- Knowledge of chemical processes for extracting additional oil from seed remains.
- Hardworking, honest, professional, motivated, and results-driven.
- Proven ability to lead and work effectively with a factory team.
- Must be fluent in English
