Key responsibilities
Overall management of credit administration unit
Ensuring compliance to regulatory guidelines and credit policies
Loan Disbursements and Limit markings
Enforcing pre-disbursement condition precedents (CPs)
Validating previous day system activities with regards to loan disbursement limit markings and any other amendments effected in the system.
Monthly review of loan portfolio to ensure all parameters are correctly marked as approved, accounts are properly classified.
Monitoring post disbursement approval conditions (CAU items) via covenant tracking grid
Management of structured loans granted via CMA arrangements and management of the Bank’s Collateral Managers.
Management of the collateral valuation process and management of the bank’s panel of valuers.
Operate and maintain the IFRS-9 ECL calculation engine and related processes to produce timely and accurate risk based ECL results. Validating the process input and outputs for quality control and governance.
Ensure timely circulation of various management and regulatory reports including loan portfolio, BOT Form 16, CRB reports, MCRC report and Board Reports.
Maintaining interactive relationship with Business teams, other supporting units/departments as well as service providers to ensure resolution of all the outstanding issues.
Together with the Head of Credit, liaise with ICT for Automation of Credit processes where required.
Academic:
Bachelor’s degree business related subjects
Experience:
Total Minimum No of Years Experience Required 5 years
Experience Area 3 ( Credit Operations (Credit Risk))
