The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping organizational culture, driving people excellence, and aligning HR initiatives with longterm business objectives. Key Responsibilities

 Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the organization’s mission, vision, and goals.
  • Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
  • Align HR policies and practices with evolving business needs, regulatory frameworks, and industry trends.

 Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Design and oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.
  • Implement workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Champion employer branding efforts to position the organization as an employer of choice.

 Performance Management & Development

  • Drive the implementation of effective performance management systems.
  • Create leadership development, mentorship, and upskilling programs to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Monitor key HR metrics and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

 Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects the company’s core values.
  • Oversee grievance resolution, disciplinary processes, and employee satisfaction programs.
  • Lead employee engagement surveys, focus groups, and retention strategies.

 HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation frameworks in collaboration with Finance.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, occupational health and safety standards, and ethical HR practices.
  • Manage HR policies, procedures, and internal controls to promote consistency and transparency.

 Culture & Change Management

  • Lead cultural transformation initiatives and support organizational change management programs.
  • Serve as a culture ambassador, reinforcing desired behaviors, diversity, and inclusion.

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or MBA is an added advantage.

 Experience

  • Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience in managing HR in complex, multi-functional organizations (local or international).
  • Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and strategic HR projects.

 Skills & Competencies

  • Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and best HR practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics.
