Position Summary
Chipuka Center Limited seeks a qualified and committed female or male individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This role involves managing and expanding our highly technical field services in both the Agriculture and Aviation industries. Responsibilities include service provision, team training, marketing, finance, and operations management.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business from a recognized university.
- Extensive experience in entrepreneurship.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Agriculture and Aviation fields.
- Proficiency in financing and business administration.
- Must possess a driver’s license (light truck category preferred).
- Must hold a pilot’s license (minimum PPL-A), with experience and ratings in agricultural operations using unmanned aircraft (drones), including a pesticide applicator certificate or equivalent.
- Self-driven and motivated, capable of working independently without close supervision.
- Flexibility to relocate or work wherever the job demands without being tied to a specific base.
