HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Sales Managers who will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role will focus on managing daily activities, leading sales teams, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to company policies.
  • Develop and implement branch sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare regular sales and operational reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, operational guidelines, and legal regulations.
  • Manage branch budgets, control expenses, and ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and customer retention strategies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and address operational challenges promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct regular staff training to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager, preferably in the bus transport or courier services sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of sales principles, customer service practices, and branch operations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
