Exim Bank (T) LTD - (2011 - 2022)

I started as a direct sales officer in 2011, and on 11th January 2012 I was promoted from sales to a bank officer under finance department. Then later to other departments and roles, and sometimes went to support other regions as well like Mtwara town and Tandahimba as well.

Working in different roles helped me get a lot experience, and skills. Some that I learnt from my working environment and some from the trainings I received from the Exim Academy with certificates. Trainings like customer service, AML, and systems operation.

Skills like leadership, conflict management or resolutions, active listening, empathy, openness to criticism, and emotional management.
