My name is Shaibu Hamisi Chanzi, a Tanzanian Administrator with experience in higher-education governance, statutory compliance, secretarial services, and human resource management. I served as University Administrator at Mwanza University from June 2021 to date, where I supported the University Council, committees, human resource functions, institutional records, and administrative operations. I also worked as a Consultant at the University of Medical Sciences and Technology, Boko–Ununio, from January to July 2026, supporting campus establishment, Council and Senate secretarial duties, staff recruitment, and engagement with TCU, Labour, and Immigration authorities. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Law Enforcement from the University of Dar es Salaam and am finalising a Master of Laws degree at St. Augustine University of Tanzania, Mwanza, expected in October 2026. My professional interests include university governance, compliance, human resource management, and institutional development.
