About Me

David G. Koshuma is a results-driven Human Resource Manager with over eight years of progressive experience in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development across microfinance, FinTech, and consultancy sectors in Tanzania.

Currently serving as Human Resource Manager at LOLC Microfinance Bank Tanzania (since January 2025), he designs and implements HR strategies aligned with business growth, leads end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning for branch expansion, builds performance systems tied to key microfinance metrics, and drives learning, culture, compensation, compliance, and HR analytics initiatives.

Previously, he held the same role at Circle Customer Care FinTech (2021–2024), where he strengthened recruitment, employee relations, performance appraisal, training, compensation benchmarking, policy development, and data-driven HR reporting.
