I am a results-driven Project Manager with over 12 years of experience leading
complex programs across the carbon, WASH, and health sectors. My work has
focused on delivering high-impact initiatives that improve community outcomes,
strengthen systems, and advance sustainability goals. I have a proven track record
in stakeholder engagement, policy advocacy, and monitoring and evaluation,
ensuring that projects are not only effectively implemented but also aligned with
strategic objectives and measurable results. Passionate about driving change
through collaboration and evidence-based decision-making, I bring a balance of
technical expertise, leadership, and adaptability to every project I lead.

Water Missions International Tanzania - (2025 - Now)

Leading regional audit logistics and providing technical and programmatic support to auditors, highlighting Water Mission’s WASH initiatives.

Facilitating government engagement, MoU negotiations, and stakeholder sensitization to ensure regulatory compliance for Water Mission’s Carbon Program in Tanzania.

Preparing proposals, cost estimates, and budget-to-actual reports while ensuring strong financial oversight of project expenditures.
