The company is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive the promotion and sale of its products. This role is a great fit for someone with strong communication and sales skills who is dedicated to meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell uPVC Doors & Windows to architects, builders, and other key stakeholders.
- Represent KAM Limited at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Execute promotional activities to increase brand visibility and generate demand.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and industry influencers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to analyze market trends and understand customer needs.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- A valid driving license is mandatory.
- Prior knowledge of uPVC products is a strong advantage.
