My name is Valentino Gallus Victor a holder of bachelor degree in Political science and Public administration from University of Dar es Salaam.
I have been working as Human resource specialist at DK Design Media Group for one year, performing all HR duties without close supervision such dutieslike monitorin recruitmen an selectio proces, Evaluating employees performance during and after probation, Representing Company to the DH, CMA and labor office, Managing employees record and ensuring on time update of accurate information.
As HR professional I aim to provide better service to the employer and employee in order to facilitate smooth operation of the company.
In my career journey I excel to have enough achievements as I succeed to maintain employees retention and reduce the turnover rate in our company by ensuring there is good relationship between employees and employer, also by providing on job training and seminars whioh support career development. Therefore I succeed to stabilise team work spirit among the team.
